He was enrolled in the Tunesassa School on the Allegany Indian Reservation in the Winter of 1937 and left in Jan 1938.
Victor served in the Army in WW II in the 71st Infantry Regiment, 44th Infantry Division. He was awarded the bronze star.
Victor died in a POW Camp in Germany, Stalag IV-B, near the Elbe River
