Homer Ayers, 76, of Mt. Olivet Rd., died Sunday morning in
Pulaski-General Hospital. Born March 22, 1893 In Floyd Co., he was the son of the late Lee and Virginia Cox Ayers and a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Annie Burton Ayers; one son, James Ayers, Pulaski and one sister, Mrs. Penn Farmer, Meadowbrook, W..Va. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday from Stickler's Chapel, conducted by the Rev. G. C. Timmermap. Burial will be in Andrews Cemetery. The body will, remain at the funeral home.
