Biography: Frank was a graduate of Plymouth High School Plymouth, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree from Bucknell University. He served with the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from Armstrong Cork, in both Pennsylvania and Florida in 1970. He has also worked for Johns-Manville Corp., formerly of Alexandria, General Tire in Marion and was Supervisor of the wastewater treatment plant at the Pendleton Reformatory. He was a member of the Alexandria Eagles-#1771. He enjoyed golf, bowling, baseball and was an avid fan of NFL football.

Funeral Service Time and Day: Funeral services honoring Frank's life will take place at 7 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in the Owens Funeral Home, 412 North Harrison Street, Alexandria
Officiating: Chaplain Benny Santiago
Interment: Cremation will follow the services
Visitation: Friends may call at the Owens Funeral Home in Alexandria from 4 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday. Following the services military honors will be given by the Elwood VFW-Post 5782 honors team
Memorial Contributions: May be made to the Madison County Humane Society through the funeral home
