Mrs. Buracker worked for Page Memorial Hospital for 30 years in the housekeeping department. She was a member of the Mount Zion Church of the Brethren.
On June 14, 1946, she married Raymond William Buracker, who died on Nov. 17, 1998.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Sue Lester of Harrisonburg; two brothers, Winston Herbert and Andrew Leroy Buracker, both of Stanley; two sisters, Mildred B. Prince and Patricia A. Campbell, both of Stanley; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Allen R. Buracker; a daughter, Joyce A. Cave; and a brother, Forrest Malcolm Cave.
