FLORENCE EILEEN COOK WILKS, 83, of Ashland, widow of Orville Eugene Wilks, died Friday in Bestcare Rest Home, Wheelersburg, Ohio. She was a former Wyoming County, W.Va., chief office deputy. Survivors include one brother, Herbert B. Cook Jr. of Nokomis, Fla.; and one sister, Mary M. "Peggy" Fuller of Ashland. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods; burial in Woodmere Cemetery, Huntington. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
