Claude K. Hardin
Claude Knox Hardin, a longtime member of Ironworkers Local No. 798, died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was 76.
Hardin, a native of Mobile County, resided in Eight Mile.
Survivors include three sons, John C. Hardin and James K. Hardin, both of Eight Mile, and Andrew J. Hardin of Mobile; two daughters, Peggy Brown and Joan Hardin, both of Eight Mile; two sisters, Lucille Hardin Devore and Easter M. Hardin Nolan, both of Mobile; one brother, Lynn E. Hardin of Mobile; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The funeral is set for 2 p.m. today at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home in Semmes, with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time. Interment will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
