Funeral services, 83, were held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, December 26, at the First Christian church with Rev. Ward Botts, pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Parker died December 23 in the Hydro Manor Nursing Home in charge.
Miss Maud Quinsenberry was born February 12, 1887 at Rago, Kansas. She was married to John Maguire.
They were pioneers in the Carnegie community where they reared their family. Mrs. Maguire was active in the Rebekah lodge, American Legion Auxiliary and a member of the Christian church.
Later in life after the passing of her husband John, she remarried to take the name of Parker. She was preceded in death by Mr. Parker and one daughter.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Malcomb of Corpus Christi, Tex. and Mrs. Edna Aurell of Enid; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Kinsley, Mrs. Marie Seberson and Mrs. Lula Stoddard; two brothers, T.B. Quinsenberry and Charley Quinsenberry, all of California; nine grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
