11-14-1827 -- 4-24-1874
Mrs. Dorothea Zuendel, wife of John Adam of Forest County, died very suddenly of apoplexy on Thursday evening.
She had milked the cows and attended to her other customary duties during the day, appearing in good health. When she was going into the house she complained of being dizzy. She went to bed, Dr. Winans was sent for. When he arrived, she was too far gone for medical aid.
He sympathized with the bereaved family for their sad loss.
