Melissa Denyl Hartman, 41, wife of Paul Hartman of Harrodsburg died Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Hospice Care Center, in Lexington, Kentucky. Born December 19, 1967, she was the daughter of Clarence and Louise Raley Goodlett, Jr. Melissa was a homemaker, a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by two sons: Derek Adam Goodlett and Brandon Paul Hartman both of Harrodsburg, one daughter: Paula Lopez of Harrodsburg, one brother: Stevy Goodlett of Harrodsburg and one sister: Christina Wohner of Harrodsburg, two grandsons: Andres and Jose Lopez of Harrodsburg.
Melissa was preceded in death by one brother: Keith Goodlett.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Michael Conover officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery with Scottie Raley, Aaron Raley, Rickey Curtsinger, David Rice, Rodney Raley and Mike Hartman serving as pallbearers. Melissa's grandchildren and nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers
