Mrs. Ida Carr, 75, was a school teacher in Young County before her marriage. After her marriage, she became a house wife. She was a member of the Church of Christ and had lived in Young County for most of her life.
Survived by her husband; three sons - Darwin Carr, Billy Carr, Pat Carr; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother - Leo Daniel; five sisters - Grace Neal, Ethel Talbott, Marie Fortenberry, Gladys Ragel, Effie Walsh.
