Cory IN. Oct 18th- Aker B Haney, 74 years old, died Thursday after a lingering illness. He was born in Clay County,Indiana Sep 17 1845. He is survied by a wife, Josephine, and four sons, Ernest, Ira and Frank, near Cory, and Fred and one daughter, Mrs. Leira (Lutie) Pearcy of Brazil. He was a soldier of the Civil War and joined the Christian Church when a youth. The funeral was held at the home this morning, Burial at Oak Hill. He is buried next to his parents, at the moment, in an unmarked grave.
