Lucille E. Jacksino, 81 of New York Avenue died Sunday, Sept 23, 2001, in St. Francis Heath Care Facility.
Lucille was born in Hawthorne on Nov. 13, 1919, to John H and Elsie (Hass) Johnson and was a gruaduate of Centeral High school in Superior. She was a homemaker, a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Poplar, the Ruth Circle of the church and Hillcrest Ladies Aid in Hawthorne.
She was preceded in death by er parents and a brother Donald Johnson in 1994.
Lucille is survived by her husband Tony Jacksino of Superior, daughters Jeane McKenzie of Duluth and Bette Rookey of Solon Springs; Sisters Elaine Oleas of Salinas, Calif, Betty Anderson of Superior and Darlene Hudacek of San Deigo; granddaughters, Michelle (Jason Gillem) McKenzie of Rogers, Mn, Christine McKenzie of Las Vegas, Karen Edwards of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Jennifer (Gomin) Beyer of New Port Beach Calif; and a great-grandson Zachary Gillem of Rodgers.
VISITATIONS 5:30-8 pm today in Thompson-Hegstrom Funeral Home. Service at 10:30 am Wednesday in Peace Lutheran Church Poplar; The Rev Greg Gullicksrud officiating. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Hawthorne in lew of flowers, the family perfers memorials to Peace Lutheran Chruch.
