In loving memory of Pam Adkins. Pam passed away while spending quality time with her family in Vienna. She was a person who cherished every opportunity life presented. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, one that loved her family and friends unconditionally. She loved to travel, sew and spend every available moment with her two grandchildren. Her passion in life came from helping others in their time of need and turning the ordinary everyday moments into ones that will be cherished forever. As the sun rises and sets your memories will be with us always.

Pamela A. Adkins, 58, of Huntington, W.Va., died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, in Vienna.

Pam was born Oct. 26, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late Joyce Knights. She was a respiratory therapist at the Pleasant Valley Hospital. She attended Trinity Episcopal Church.

Survivors include her husband, David Adkins; a daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Steve Greear; two grandchildren, Ian and Zoe Greear, all of Vienna; and a brother and sister-in-law, Pete and Paula Watkins of Wilmington, N.C.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Chapman?s Mortuary in Huntington by the Rev. Jerry Chapman. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
