Their infant son, Andrew McKinney Armstrong, died shortly afterwards. Harriet's brother, John W. Robinson, administered William's estate. The relationship of Harriet and John was given in a petition included with William's probate file. Harriet and John were children of John P. Robinson. Papers and deeds relating to their father's estate in the 1860s include Harriet Aiken, wife of William."
