She is survived by two brothers, B. D. Gifford, Eubank, Ky and Dale Gifford, Somerset, Ky; one sister, Joyce Faust, Aurora, Colorado and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Philip Barbara, whom she married on March 26th, 1945 and who passed away on April 29th, 1963; and a baby brother.
