He was born June 7, 1914 in Abraham, to Norman Ingalls and Harriett Theobald Bliss. He married Regina Brockett Kirkendall Sept. 28, 1940 in Eureka, Nev. She passed away April 7, 1998.
Bill served as a volunteer fireman for the East Carbon fire department and was also a member of the Carbon County Search and Rescue Team.
He was employed at the Horse Canyon coal mine and the Texaco service station in East Carbon.
He is survived by son, daughter, six grandsons, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. Also survived by brother, Spanish Fork. Preceded in death by wife and parents.
Graveside service will be Thursday, May 16, 1 p.m., at the Valley View Cemetery in Sunnyside. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price. Burial, Valley View Cemetery.
