Friends are respectfully Invited to attend the funeral Friday, July 10, at 10:30 a.m. at the High Street Presbyterian Church, High Street and Courtland. Friends may call at the Fruitvale Chapel of Clarence N. Cooper, I680 Fruitvale Avenue, until 9 a.m. Friday.
Interment, Evergreen Cemetery.

Edgar W. Brown
Edgar W. Brown, former resident of the Minford community in Scioto county, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home in Oakland, Calif. on July 7.
He was a son of M.W. Brown, former county commissioner, and a well known resident of this county.
He was married to Mary A. McKenzie of near Minford in 1893. They resided for several years on the home farmat that place, where their two sons, Milton W. and Earl McKenzie Brown, were born. They later moved to El Paso and from there to Oakland, where the wife, two sons and six grandchildren now reside.
A brother, Charles W. Brown of La Mesa, New Mexico, and a sister, Mrs. John Adams of Biloxi, Miss., also survives.
Mr. and Mrs. Brown have many relatives living in Scioto and Pike Counties.
