-Mr. Johnson was born in Georgia on September 22, 1928.
He was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
With pride and dedication he served his country in the U.S. Army and subsequently as a Sheet Metal Mechanic at Robins Air Force Base.
His daughter, Martha Elaine Slay and parents, William Franklin Johnson and Maebell Johnson, preceded him in death. -
Family members include his wife, Margie Lee Johnson, Warner Robins; children, Rufus Johnson (Sandra), Lizella; Patricia J. Sapp (Randall), Jeffersonville; Pamela Perrone (Tony), Gray; William Frank Johnson, Macon; and fifteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, March 17, 2008 from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11A.M. on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Northside Baptist Church with interment following in Magnolia Park.
