She was born Jan. 7, 1933, in Adair County, Ky., to Kenneth and Mary "Ethel" Watson Robertson. Bobbie graduated from East Peoria High School in 1950. She married Robert G. Wagner on June 27, 1953, at First Baptist Church in East Peoria.
Bobbie is survived by her husband, Robert of East Peoria; one sister, Marge Creek of East Peoria; one nephew, Tim and his wife, Kathy, and three great-nephews, Tucker, Trevor and Trenton Creek, all of Bellevue, Wash.; two aunts, Mary Lehmann of Pleasant Plains, Ill., and Nellie Karnes of Columbia, Ky.; several cousins; and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one nephew, Kevin Creek; and a brother-in-law, Kenneth Creek.
Bobbie worked for Standard Oil and then at Hiram Walkers for 24 years.
She belonged to the First Baptist Church of East Peoria, where she was an active and integral part of the church, including her involvement in the sewing circle, church choir and various other duties.
She was active in the Historical Society and volunteered for the Festival of Lights.
Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
