SAMARIA ~ An old pioneer mother gone – Mrs. Mary Smith, a very old and honored lady who lived near Chappel church, died Thanksgiving morning and was buried at Beech Grove cemetery, Dec. 2, 1899. Rev Hammons, pastor of Samaria Christian preached an able and appropriate discourse.
