KERRVILLE - Services for B.P. "Pete" Kinsey, 68, of Kerrville, who died Wednesday in a Kerrville hospital, will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Spicer Funeral Chapel in Memphis, Texas, with the Rev. Bill Archer officiating.
Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.
Born May 17, 1924 in Lamesa, Mr. Kinsey had been a resident of Kerrville for a month, formerly residing in Canon City, Colo. He was a retired time study engineer for the U.S. Government, and had served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He married C. Laverne Archer on Sept. 13, 1945 in Memphis. She survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mary Alice Kinsey of Canon City, Colo. a son, Bill Kinsey of Kerrville; a grandchild, Kimberley Jones of Carrolton; and one great grandchild, Jessica Marie Jones of Carrolton.
Spicer Funerl [sic] Home in Memphis is in charge of arrangements. Local arrangements were under the direction of Grimes Funeral Chapel in Kerrville.
