Randolph was a member of Bloom Freewill Baptist church and a 4-H Advisor for over 19 years. He retired from Ohio State University and had previously worked for the N&W Railroad and Goodyear Atomic Corp. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Yeley Dials but is survived by his second wife and 3 children.
