Winona Evelyn "Noni" Haines Leslie Age 75, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2009, of cancer. She was born November 13, 1934, to Kenneth and Verna Shears.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Shears and Richard (Maggie) Shears. She is survived by a sister; Lila (Richard) Nicholson of Lansing; brother, Luther (Gloria) Shears of Grand Rapids; daughter, Theresa (Rick) Simons of Eaton Rapids; sons, Hugh Haines of Lelsie, Matt Haines of Olivet; special friends, Nadine and Jeff Graves of Leslie; and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service at the American Legion Hall, 422 Woodworth, Leslie, MI, on Saturday, January 9, at 3 p.m.

A special thanks to Heartland Hospice Care of Mason, and to Sara and Toni at Country Living Care Home in Mason.
