In addition to her on screen film career, she also worked as a fashion model and photo journalist, a relationship counselor, a massage therapist, a radio producer, and as an adult film producer and director. She was an inductee into the Erotic Legends Hall of Fame in 1996, and the X-rated Critics Organization Hall of Fame in 1999. A sufferer from Crohn's disease in early childhood, she was found dead in her apartment from undisclosed causes prior to a scheduled doctor's appointment.
