MEMPHIS - Maxine Cheek, 74, died Thursday, April 5, 2001, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Travis Baptist Church with the Rev. Phillip Shelton officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Memphis Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cheek had been a resident of Memphis for 15 years. She was a member of Travis Baptist Church in Memphis.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Jones of Memphis; a brother, Willie J. Roach of Lubbock; two sisters, Stella Jewett of Pampa and Tommie Sue Odom of Amarillo; and four grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
