MEMPHIS, Texas, Feb. 22 - S.A. Bryant died at his home here today of pneumonia.
Mr. Bryant was born in Larue County, Kentucky, and was graduated from the former University of Waco. He served as county judge of Eastland County, from where he moved to Memphis in 1905. He practiced law here and served as county attorney and as a member of the Legislature from this district.
Three daughters survive, Mrs. Byron Gist, Amarillo; Mrs. O.L. Jameson, Knox City, and Elizabeth Bryant, Memphis. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Survivors included Mrs. Byron Gist of Amarillo, Mrs. O.L. Jameson of Knox City and Miss Elizabeth Bryant of Memphis.
