On January 16, 1990 a beautiful baby boy was born in Wichita, KS to LaShana Bell and Wade Patterson. They named him Wade Lamont Patterson III, affectionately known as "Pooh." Wade was the first of five children.

He attended early elementary in Wichita, KS, then later came to Tulsa and attended Tulsa Public Schools where he played football.

Pooh loved rapping, football, basketball, video games, and that dang mirror. He had a great coach by the name of Peppie. He showed Pooh good inspiration.

Pooh was very friendly and family oriented. He loved eating a good hot home-cooked meal. He always left his friends and loved one's laughing. He was the kind of friend who brought someone home to his family and had us treating them like one of our own. He will be missed by plenty, loved always, and never forgotten.

Those he left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kennedi Wa'Miya Patterson; his parents, LaShana and Wade; his sisters, Wade'sha, Cornequa, and Zyana; his brothers, Sircey, Terrell, and Carter; his grandparents, LaHoma Jenkins, Hankford Bell, Lamoine Patterson, and Wade Patterson, Sr.; and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
