Mr. Williams was born April 9, 1919, in York, and was the son of the late Cornelius F. and Lottie M. (Siple) Williams.
He retired after 43 years as a sheet metal layout man with Pittman Manufacturing. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII serving in the Pacific Theater of Operations. He was a member of Faith U.M. Church in Hellam, and served for 20 years with the Hellam Park Commission.
Mr. Williams is survived by a daughter, Bonnie S. Nerz and husband, Dave of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a son, Gregory H. Williams of York; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by eight siblings.
Burial to follow in Mount Rose Cemetery.
