Goldie "Polly" Anderson , age 96 of Paducah died Sunday at 10:46 a.m. ar Parkview Nursing and Rehab. She was a native of McCracken County, member of Oaklawn Baptist Church and retired from Reidland High School cafeteria.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Dewayne Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin after 10:00 a .m. Wednesday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
Survivors include two daughters, Martha Ann Franklin, Reidland, KY, Shirley Jean Watkins, Mobile, AL, one son Larry W. Anderson, Lake Mary, FL, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and several neices and nephews. Preceding in death were her husband Harry W. Anderson, parents, George W. & Minnie Lee Smith and one daughter, Teresa Kaye Cope.
