Ernest Glenn Baldwin, 63, life long Fallon resident, passed away on Monday, Sept. 7, 2009 at his home with his family by his side; after a six month courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Ernie was born July 29, 1946 in Fallon to Lavinos and Tillie (Graham) Baldwin. He attended Churchill County schools, graduating from Churchill County High School in 1965. He was drafted into the U.S. Army and served two years, part of that being in Viet Nam. Ernie had worked at Dodge Island while attending high school. He was a matrix operator. Ernie was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and camping. The joy in Ernie's life was his family and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a friend to many, a loving husband, father, brother and friend.
