ALGER, May 28 - Mrs. Lottie A. Ankerman, well-known Alger woman and prominent in village affairs, died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday at her home of a cerebral hemorrhage. She was 45 years old.
Mrs. Ankerman, wife of Fred Ankerman, cashier of the Alger Savings Bank, was member of the Ada chapters of the Eastern Star lodge, of the Garden club, of the P.T.A. and of the Methodist Episcopal church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Jeanette, a student at Capital university, Columbus; Fred Lewis, a graduate of Alger high school this year; Eleanor and Joan, both at home; and five brothers, Cloyd McClure, of Galion; Irvin, of Ada; Harry, of Harrod; Walter, of Wooster; and Harold, of Columbus.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. McClure of Harrod, both deceased.
Rev. Ralph Tucker will conduct funeral services at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the M. E. church. Place of burial has not been determined.
