Mike was owner operator of Michael R. Keeney Antique Restoration, where he restored antique furniture since 1993.
Mike enjoyed the simple things in life,visits to Cape Cod, yard work, family, friends, bowling duck pins, he was always willing to help out others in every way he could and he loved his kitty cat "Sweet Pea".
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his mother, Grace Elizabeth Rice Keeney and two step-children, Dawn Hood and fiance, Rodney McFarland, Frederick and Eric Hood, Baltimore.
Mike is also survived by the following siblings, two brothers, Charles "David" Keeney and wife Pat, Thurmont and Richard W. Keeney , Tuscarora and three sisters, Grace "Charlene" Keeney, Frederick; Carol Ann Keeney, Frederick and Susan E. Guynn and husband Richard, Frederick, and many nieces, nephews and special friends that know who they are will remember and miss Mike.
Mike was predeceased by his father, Charles Lindbergh Keeney and one sister, Joyce Elaine Keeney Cornell White.
Funeral held at Stauffers Funeral Home, Frederick with the Rev. John Armstrong officiating with internment made in Mount Prospect Cemetery, Lewistown by Stauffers funeral directors.
