Obituary
Ida Monroe Saint was born at Redwing, Minn., December 19th,1858, and died at the home of her daughter, Mr. Fred Neff, 1703 Woodland ave., Wichita, Kansas, April 6th, 1939 at the age of 80 years, 3 months and 17 days.
She came to Kansas with her parents, Mr. And Mrs. Simon P. Monroe in 1869. On July 30, 1879 she was married to William Henry Saint, who passed away October 19, 1927. When quite young she united with the Methodist church at Chase and was a active member as long as her heath permitted.
Five children were born to this union, Edward A. Saint and Mrs Ollie Saint of Wichita, Mr. R. H. Noble of Ronan, Montana, Ansel of chase and Frank E. deceased. She is also survived by 14 grand children, 5 great-grand children and two brothers, John Monroe of Seattle, Wash., and Charles Monroe of Chase.
