Daniel Saville Jr., 86, of 1207 Larkal Drive, Chatham, died Friday at his home after an apparent heart attack.
He retired in 1945 as the owner and operator of E. Saville Candy Store, 815 Market St.
He is survived by his wife, Zoe F.; a daughter, Jane S. Smith of Chatham; a sister, Lydia S. Benson of Wilmington, and two grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 at Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Sharpley, where friends may call at 1. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
