Member of American Legion, Smith-Reynolds Post #14, Vancouver, Wash.; formerly Alcoa Post #173 and of East Vancouver United Methodist Church. Served with the U.S. Marine Corps for one and a half years during World War I.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel located at 4700 St. Johns Rd. with the Reverend Paul M. McCutcheon officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Military Honrors provided by American Legion Smith-Reynolds Post #14.
