Funeral services for Mrs Hattie Cote, 90, who died December 31, were held in Mildred last Friday. Mrs Cote had been a patient in the Prairie Community Hospital for the past couple of years.
Born in Watsontown PA, February 28, 1873, she was married to Arnsene Cote on April 10, 1910 in Terry. They homesteaded near Mildred where they lived for many years. Her husband died January 1, 1959.
The only survivor is a sister, Bertha Michener of Watsontown PA
Pallbearers were Edgar Houghawout, Newman Ayers, Erling and Adoph Mathiason, L G Haman, and Ralph V Norris.
