Milton W. Armstrong, 94, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Friday December 25, 2009 at Senior Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Port Arthur. He was born March 28, 1915 to Emily Rumm Armstrong and Tobe Armstrong in Port Arthur, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur. Milton retired from Texaco Inc. as a machinist. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Groves.
Visitation will be on Monday December 28, 2009 from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday December 29, 2009 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Groves. Reverend Richard Turner, Pastor of St. Paul will be officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Frankie Armstrong; his daughter Linda Kuehn and son-in-law William Kuehn; sister Lucille; and brother Raymond.
He is survived by his granddaughter, Mrs. Pollie Holtham and her husband Mike of Beaumont, Texas; his grandson Adam Kuehn and his wife Michelle of Beaumont, Texas; and two great grandchildren Aiden and Avery Kuehn
