Funeral services for Mrs. Mae U. Lang, 63, of 133 E. Isabel St., will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Willwerscheid & Peters mortuary, 1167 Grand Avenue. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, South St. Paul.
Mrs. Lang died Tuesday at St. Luke's hosital. She was born in Crookston, MN and had lived in St. Paul the past 57 years. She was an instructor in traffic for Northwestern Bell Telephone Co., for 30 years until retiring in 1948, and a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
Mrs. Lang is survived by her husband William A.; a sister Miss Claire J. Urness, St. Paul and a brother, Raymond E. Urness, Poulsbo, Washington.

She was born November 8, 1901 in Crookston MN to parents Peter J. Urness and Sarah Overby. She was married to William A. Lang and they were residents of St. Paul. Her occupation was Instructor Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. She died at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Paul and was buried at the Oak Hill Cemetery in South St. Paul.
