Welma Louis "Obie" O'Bryan, 59, of Possum Kingdom Lake, died at his home following a lengthy illness.
He was born at Barstow, and baptized in the First Methodist Church on 30 December 1962 at Long Beach, California.
He served with the US Navy for 20 years, retiring in February of 1967. O'Bryant moved to Possum Kingdom Lake from Huntington Beach, California in 1978.
Survived by his wife - Martha of Possum Kingdom Lake; one son - Terre Lee of Sacramento, CA; three daughters - Diane Killen and Dayne Lttle, both of Possum Kingdom Lake; and Debbie Hayes of Breckenridge; one grandson; three granddaughters; three step-grandchildren; his mother - Birdie O'Bryan of Albion, OK; one brother - Leroy of Freemont, CA; one sister - Joyce Applegate of Tulsa, OK.
He was preceded in death by his father - Earl and two brothers.
