Curtis Allen Cryderman, 41, of Warren, died Saturday, March 6, 2004, at his home. He was born Jan. 7, 1963, at St. Joseph's Mercy of Macomb hospital, Mount Clemens.
Mr. Cryderman was an avid car enthusiast and an expert at auto body work and restored many cars including a 1970 Monte Carlo and a 1962 Studebaker Lark. [The latter for his mother.] His father said he was "the best" in car repair. Relatives said he had a natural talent for working with his hands and was a generous man who always wore a smile. He also loved hockey and was a Detroit Red Wings fan. He was a 1981 graduate of Fraser High School.
He is survived by his wife, Holli Helene; daughters, Jennifer Lynn Granstrom and Cara Ann Cryderman; parents, Sandra Anne (T.J.Hill) Studebaker and Raymond Allen (Geraldine) Cryderman; sister, Denise Rae (Robert) Kosen; and in-laws, Gloria and Steve Majeski.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Edmund Catholic Church, 14025 12 Mile Road, Warren. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Visitation is 1-9 p.m. today at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 28499 Schoenherr (south of 12 Mile Road), Warren, and noon-12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
