Surviving are her husband, Fred, and four children: Ruth, Hilda and Frederick at home and Mrs. A.F. Weber, Lakewood, OH. Three brothers, Otto and Rine West, Cleveland, Frank West, Elyria, one sister, Mrs. W. K. Henke, Cleveland and two grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Hoffman was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church and of the Ladies' Aid Society of the church.
