Phyllis Griswold Waters, 77, of Savannah, passed away on Friday January 8, 2010 in Claxton. A native of Rochester, NY, Phyllis moved to Savannah in 1952.

Survivors include 2 sons, James (Donna) Waters of Black Creek and R. Phillip Waters of Savannah; 2 daughters, Penny (Charles) Allen of Swainsboro and Katy B. Waters of Corpus Christi, Texas; 13 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of White Bluff United Methodist Church for over 40 years and was a member of the Ruth Circle.

Services were entrusted to Fairhaven Funeral Home of Savannah, Georgia.
