Nancy K. Perry, age 68, of Wapakoneta died 2:15 p.m., Wed. Jan. 6, 2010 at her residence. She was born Jan. 29, 1941 in Montgomery County, Ohio to Orville S. and Julia M. Gates Derringer. She married Bernard L. Perry Jan. 20, 1962 and he survives in Wapak.
Survivors include a son: Bernard M. ‘Mike' (Jeanette) Perry of Clarksville, TN, 2 daughters: Brigitte (Jim) Lietz and Denise ( Ben Tenwalde)Martens both of Wapak, 7 grandchildren: Jamie Lietz, Tom (Stephanie)Lietz, Kandace Perry, Michael Perry, Rebecca Martens, Johnnie Martens and Jocee Tenwalde 2 brothers: Paul E. Derringer, of Englewood, OH and Orville E. Derringer of Union, Ohio, and a sister: Jane E. Flory of Vandalia, OH.
Mrs. Perry had been a Teller for Fifth Third Bank, Wapak and worked in shipping at Warner & Swasey. She was a member of the Wapak Eagles Auxiliary.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday Jan. 10, 2009 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, Pastor Katie Hayes will officiate.
Burial of cremated remains will be in Ft. Amanda Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Rita's Hospice or to the American Red Cross
