Son of Samuel Wesley Duncan and Fairby Caroline Brock/Duncan. Have copy of his death certificate. He died in the Confederate Soldiers Home in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. His body was sent to Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia for burial.
Moses was married to Eliza F. Smith Hopkins/Duncan.
