George Huggan Passes Away on Friday Morning
George Huggan, of 405 West Washington avenue, died at 4:15 o'clock Friday morning in the DuBois hospital following a short illness. Death was attributed to a heart condition.
The deceased, who was 59 years of age, was born on January 25, 1878, in Bradford county. He spent the greater part of his life in this city, and was well and favorably known by a wide circle of friends. For a number of years he was one of the proprietors of the Huggan Bros. Soft Drink Manufacturing Co.
He is survived by one brother, Harry, of this city. A sister, Mrs. Alec McKay, passed away five weeks ago.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, at the Moore Funeral Chapel with Rev. A. S. Wilson officiating. Interment will be made in the Rumbarger cemetery.
