For several years he worked as mechanic in local garages, and for the past 10 years has been employed at the Kiel Bottling Works, taking care of the fleet of trucks, and also as a driver of a semi-trailer.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter,Faye, and a son, Gary, both at home; his father, in the town of Meeme; five brothers, Arthur of Sheboygan, Oliver and Roland of Howards Grove, Lester of Meeme, and Allen of here; two sisters, Mrs. Willard (Flora) Herzog of Sheboygan and Mrs. Harvey (Lorena) Wagner of Howards Grove.
