Loren Murch passed away at his residence in Newcastle on Thursday , November 25, 2004 at the age of 86. He was a life-long residence of Placer County.
Mr Murch served with the 5th Airforce in Aisatic-Pacific campaign during WWII. He was a member of the Masonic Illinoistown Lodge, No. 51. He is survived by a son, Larry Murch of Colfax; a brother, Gerald A. Murch of Auburn; a sister, Theresa Pedan of Meadow Vista; a granddaughter, Shere Fischer of Rocklin; and a great-grandson, Nicholas Fischer also of Rocklin.
A private graveside service will be held at the Newcastle Cemetery on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 1:00 pm.
