BEULAH — Sheila Talley, 66, Beulah, died Jan. 3, 2010, at Sakakawea Medical Center, Hazen. Services will be held at 2 p.m. MST Friday, Jan. 8, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Beulah, with the Rev. Kris Nyman officiating. Burial will be in Beulah City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. MST Thursday at Seibel Funeral Home, Beulah.
Sheila was born June 20, 1943, in Hotchkiss, Colo., to Floyd and Dorothy (Cline) Barnes. She was raised and educated in Colorado, graduating in 1961. On May 12, 1969, she married Bud Talley at Clifton, Colo. Together, they traveled around the U.S. following Bud's work. In 1982, they ended up in Beulah where they have since lived.
Sheila enjoyed crafts and scrap booking and "Farkel Thursdays" with her friends. She also loved taking care of her garden and flowers.
She is survived by her husband, Bud, Beulah; one son, Steve and Brenda Talley, Denver; one daughter, Deb and Randy Richter, Beulah; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her mother, Dorothy Barnes, Safford, Ariz.; one sister, Connie McCoy, Thatcher, Ariz.; and two nieces and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her father.
