Enid, OK — The funeral service for Pamela "Pam" Sue Morrison, 57, of Enid, will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at Oakwood Christian Church with the Rev. Eric Keller officiating. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Navajoe Cemetery, east of Altus, with the Rev. Doss Russell officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
Pam was born Sept. 4, 1952, in Altus, Okla., the daughter of Forrest Ethan and Helen Russell Oglesby, and died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
She grew up in Altus, graduating from Altus High School with the class of 1970. Pam attended Western Oklahoma State College.
She married Roger Morrison in Altus Nov. 30, 1979. They moved to Enid 21 years ago, where she worked for UPS, retiring after 18 years.
She was a member of Oakwood Christian Church.
Pam is survived by her husband, Roger of the home; son, Jon Morrison of Enid; daughter, Jennifer Huggins of Summerville, S.C.; mother, Helen Oglesby of Altus; four grandchildren, Maverick, Brylea, Zoie and Regan; sisters, Lorrie and husband Lonnie Taylor of Headrick, Okla., and Cathy and husband Ricky Shook of Minco, Okla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pam was preceded in death by her father.
Memorials may be made in Pam's memory to American Cancer Society with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund.
