Ruth was the wife of Earl Snow Bromley, whom she married at the Methodist Parsonage, the Rev. Joseph Priestly presiding. She was the mother of Mary Anne Bromley, Barbara Jean(d.y.) Bromley, Jane Alexander Bromley, Bruce Alexander Bromley and Charles Robinson Bromley.
Ruth trained at Mt Sinai Hospital, became a nurse in 1921, and worked as a nurse all her life, working at Bedford Municipal Hospital, Bedford,Ohio. Her most recent job was as Head Nurse in the Emergency Room. Part of this time, she, Earl & her family lived on Blaine St., across from the hospital.
